Thank you for shopping with Golden Bloom Designs! We're committed to carefully preparing your order and getting it to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Area
Golden Bloom Designs currently ships within Ontario, Canada.
At this time, we do not ship outside of Ontario. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days.
Because many of our products are assembled to order, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using Canada Post.
Every order includes tracking, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Packages are shipped using Canada Post's standard tracked service.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $8.99 CAD on all orders shipped within Ontario.
Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by Canada Post.
While most orders arrive within a few business days, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Holidays
- Carrier delays
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at goldenbloomdesign.fi@gmail.com.
We'll work with you and Canada Post to investigate the shipment and help determine an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Golden Bloom Designs is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled before they have shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
For custom or personalized orders, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has begun.
