Thank you for shopping with Golden Bloom Designs! We're committed to carefully preparing your order and getting it to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Areas & Rates
Golden Bloom Designs currently ships within Ontario and to select provinces across Canada.
Ontario: Flat-rate shipping of $8.99 CAD.
Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan: Flat-rate shipping of $12.99 CAD.
At this time, we do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Canada Post or UPS tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at goldenbloomdesign.fi@gmail.com.
We'll work with you,UPS and Canada Post to investigate the shipment and help determine an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Golden Bloom Designs is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled before they have shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
For custom or personalized orders, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has begun.
