At Golden Bloom Designs, we take pride in creating quality jewelry and want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email goldenbloomdesign.fi@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
We review each request individually. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, Golden Bloom Designs will provide instructions to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our products can be customized with names, initials, colour themes, charm selections, or other personal touches.
Because these items are made specifically for you, custom and personalized orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the stage of production. If work has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel your order. Once production has started or the item has been completed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after your returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.
Lost Packages
All orders include tracking.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with both you and Canada Post to investigate the shipment and help determine the best resolution.
