Returns

• Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Custom Orders

• Because all personalized items are made specifically for you, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and photos of the item.
• Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
• Cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if production has not yet begun.
