Handmade & Custom Orders

All of our products are handmade and made to order.

Every item can be customized to suit your style, including colours, charms, initials, names, themes, and more.

If you'd like to make changes after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll gladly review your request and confirm whether the changes are possible before accepting them.

Since each order is made specifically for you, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If exceptional circumstances arise, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
